Our good friends Tripp, Heather and baby Drew were visiting this weekend and we went into the craziness at the mall! The boys had fun playing in the play area, although we had to protect them from getting clobbered by the big kids. :)

We also took a couple family pictures while we were out at my mom and dad's. We realized it had been awhile since we'd taken a picture with all 3 of us in it. We're in front of the gazebo we got married in.

Wesley's First Birthday!

I can't believe Wesley is one! I'm kind of late on getting these pictures posted, but we had a fun birthday party out at "Ma" and "Papa" Shmidt's house a couple weeks ago with our families, and Wesley had a great time. I made him a little teddy bear cake, and as you can see he really enjoyed it....now he loves cake...uh oh. :)

The Weekend

We had a busy fun-filled weekend. First celebrating "PaPa's" birthday on Friday, then going to Kentucky on Saturday for David's 10th year high school reunion. While we were in KY we also celebrated Wesley's birthday with some of the family down there, and the cousins dressed up in their Halloween costumes on Sunday. We really enjoyed seeing everyone, especially the gang from Nashville (Sarah, Steph, Brian, Jack, & Paul...and Sampson). :) Thanks for coming to celebrate with us!

Garage Sale

I had a little garage sale last week. Wesley was a big help. :) We didn't sell a whole lot (mainly because we only had a few people stop by), but we had fun anyway. Here's a few pics of the little guy hanging out. He loved walking around out in the car port with his walker, and kept trying to run into the driveway and take off to the neighbors.

Tin Man

Guess who??
It's David (aka "Daddy") of course! David's office had a costume competition yesterday, and his group won (for the second year in a row I might add). As you can tell they did the Wizard of Oz. He was the BEST Tin Man EVER!! And he stayed in character all day. Our little lion was asleep when he got home or we would have done a picture of them together.

We went to the zoo on Sunday for Boo at the Zoo, which is just a fun time for the kids to dress up and get candy, and they have a lot of lights and decorations. We had a great time! Wesley was an adorable little lion!

Emily's Birthday

I decided to start a blog so that friends and family can see recent pictures of little Wesley and keep up with what's going on with us. We went to the Franklin Park Conservatory for my birthday, thats where the pictures were taken, except the last one. That was at home on Dad's watch. I probably won't post every day but I will try to at least post pictures on a regular basis.
